Position Summary

The Solutions Coordinator serves as a key member of the Solutions team, supporting the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of Stellar's technology-enabled customer solutions. This role collaborates with commercial, operations, and cross-functional teams to coordinate implementation projects, configure systems, manage data, support technical initiatives, and improve business processes that enhance the customer experience. This position plays a critical role in ensuring successful project execution, effective communication between departments, and the ongoing success of Stellar's Solutions programs through strong organization, technical aptitude, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Solutions implementation projects, including scheduling meetings, developing agendas, tracking action items, and monitoring project progress
  • Gather information from customer sites and internal stakeholders to support successful implementation and ongoing optimization of Solutions programs
  • Coordinate project activities across Sales, Operations, Customer Experience, Information Technology, and other business functions
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain customer, item, bin, transactional, and user data to support Solutions implementations
  • Configure Solutions platforms, including vending systems and related software applications
  • Build, execute, and distribute reports and data exports for customers and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain system configurations and support ongoing data accuracy
  • Assist with technical support for Solutions systems, equipment, and related software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and standardize business processes and best practices
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of new Solutions technologies and processes
  • Develop and maintain written and video training materials for Solutions programs and systems
  • Support user training and adoption of Solutions technologies
  • Build collaborative relationships across departments to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, integrity, and sound judgment
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may be assigned or modified at any time to meet business needs

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field preferred
  • Experience coordinating projects, business processes, or technical implementations required
  • Experience working with ERP systems, inventory management systems, or other business software required
  • Experience with industrial vending platforms, such as AutoCrib, CribMaster, SupplyPro, or similar systems, required
  • SQL experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Ability to organize, manipulate, and analyze large quantities of data
  • Experience using advanced Excel functions such as PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and conditional formatting preferred
  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to gather information, ask effective questions, and translate business needs into actionable solutions
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to learn SQL and other reporting tools
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and work collaboratively toward common goals
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout the United States as business needs require
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record
  • Must maintain regular and reliable attendance

Schedule & Travel

  • Full-time position, up to 40 hours per week
  • Salary, non-exempt
  • Standard work schedule will be determined based on business needs
  • Approximately 25% travel required to support customer site visits, walkthroughs, training, and implementation activities
  • Position is open to candidates currently residing in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, or East Texas
  • All required business travel expenses are paid or reimbursed by Stellar

Working Conditions

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer workstation
  • Frequent use of computers and standard office equipment
  • Occasional lifting of office equipment and materials up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to travel to customer sites and move throughout warehouse and industrial environments as needed
  • Primarily works in a branch, warehouse, customer site, or industrial environment
  • Frequent movement throughout customer and warehouse locations
  • Exposure to moderate noise levels and typical industrial workplace conditions
  • Marginal to moderate hazards that are generally predictable or protected against
  • Must follow all company and customer-specific safety policies and procedures
