Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales teams to engage customers on cloud, infrastructure, and platform modernization initiatives
- Assess current environments and identify opportunities for optimization, migration, and consolidation
- Design and present scalable solutions aligned to Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure, and AvePoint technologies
- Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and solution workshops
- Provide guidance on cloud adoption, enterprise architecture, and operational resilience
- Advise customers on scalability, cost optimization, security, and governance best practices
- Support end-to-end presales activities, including proposals, technical validation, and solution positioning
- Drive expansion and cross-sell opportunities with Account teams
- Collaborate with Delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and alignment
- Support internal enablement, product feedback loops, and go-to-market initiatives
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Architecture, or Technical Presales
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems
- Experience with migration, backup, security, and governance solutions
- Experience designing and communicating enterprise-scale architectures
- Experience supporting enterprise sales environments and complex deals
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Pay
The Salary Range for this role is $175,000 - $225,000.
