Role Description

As a Solutions Consultant at Tennr, your role is to evaluate messy patient intake and authorization workflows and demonstrate how Tennr can improve them. You will run discovery to identify pain points, architect and build tailored Proof of Concepts, and present your findings to convince clients of Tennr’s solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Run structured discovery to identify operational pain points across referral intake, prior authorization, and patient processing workflows and quantify their costs.
  • Deliver product demonstrations that address the prospect's specific problems, not generic features.
  • Architect and build tailored Proof of Concepts using Tennr's agentic patient orchestration platform, scoped to what will move the deal.
  • Build current/future state process maps that make the before-and-after clear.
  • Own deal strategy in partnership with the Account Executive, knowing where the deal stands, who the stakeholders are, and what needs to happen to close.
  • Become an expert in healthcare verticals (DME, infusion, specialty pharmacy, home health) to understand workflows, payer dynamics, and economics.
  • Translate Tennr's technical capabilities into business outcomes for non-technical buyers (operations leaders, CFOs, clinical directors).

Candidate Qualifications

  • 2-4 years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a technical customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Technically hands-on—configure complex software platforms, work with APIs, or build demo/sandbox environments without engineering doing it for you.
  • Security and compliance fluency—read a SOC 2, interpret technical controls, and respond to vendor security assessments without needing translation.
  • A CS degree or equivalent technical foundation preferred—signals you can figure things out when documentation runs out.
  • Healthcare experience preferred—DME, infusion, specialty pharmacy, or provider-side operations background is a significant plus.
  • Comfortable presenting to and building credibility with both operational buyers and technical stakeholders (IT, security, compliance).
  • Startup experience is a plus—build process as you go and don't wait to be told what to do.
