About the role
We are seeking an experienced Accountant/Sales Enablement Specialist to join our GTM team. This role will play a crucial part in the sales cycle by addressing technical questions and providing demonstrations to potential customers.
Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and existing technology stacks to integrate Rillet effectively
- Answer technical questions during sales conversations
- Set up and tailor sandbox environments for customer-specific use cases
- Deliver high-impact demonstrations and adapt based on customer needs
- Provide front-line prospect feedback to founders and product teams
- Experiment with different demo styles and write thoughtful follow-ups
- Ensure every prospect interaction is delightful through high customer empathy and structured problem-solving
Requirements
- 3+ years of industry accounting experience, including revenue recognition, month-end close, and multi-entity consolidation
- 2+ years of experience supporting the sales cycle with implementation and/or customer support for accounting/financial solutions
- Knowledge of the ecosystem of tools in the office of the CFO
- Excellent communicator who can simplify complex concepts and write/converse conversationally
- Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a high attention to detail
- CPA certification or relevant experience in audit, a plus

Schedule
Flexible schedule with mandatory in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible in-office day. Remote candidates may have additional in-office requirements based on function.
