About the role
A Solutions Consultant will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account management and customer engagement. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of successful account management and client relationship building.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of AI and its applications in sales and customer service.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite.
