Solutions Consultant
The Role
The Solutions Consultant is a senior individual contributor who sits at the intersection of partner education, consulting, and delivery — serving as the technical and operational authority on how Humanity Labs’ AI Workforce capabilities map to partner and prospect needs. The Solutions Consultant owns the “how”: how value opportunities are scoped, how solutions are designed, and how the roadmap gets built and expanded over time. You will partner closely with the Strategic Partner Directors during active engagements and with the Trust pillar during initial partner readiness cycles, leading discovery sessions, whiteboard workshops, and solution design conversations. You bring a rare combination of operational credibility, comfort with AI-native concepts, and the ability to translate complex business processes into compelling, executable capacity mapping and execution roadmap.

The Mission
- Education & Discovery
- Partner with Trust Pillar to engage prospects early in the evaluation process, establishing operational credibility
- Lead discovery conversations to understand prospect workflows, pain points, ecosystem, and AI workforce readiness
- Establish functional scoping and capability matrices, with proof-of-value scope that accelerates engagement progression
- Support solution narratives with accurate, compelling, and well-structured content
Working Sessions
- Facilitate structured whiteboard sessions and working workshops with partner and prospect functional leads to map current-state and identify outcome opportunities
- Apply process analysis frameworks to diagnose workflow complexity, volume, and value impact across all functional areas
- Translate unstructured operational conversations into clear process maps, workflow specifications, and prioritized opportunity backlogs
- Challenge assumptions constructively and bring a point of view on delegation of work, sequencing, prioritization, and phasing
Execution with Expansion
- Build and maintain multi-phase AI Workforce work delegation roadmap for assigned partner accounts, aligned to business objectives and operational capacity
- Identify and size expansion opportunities within existing accounts — new functional areas, additional workflows, and increased process depth
- Partner with Strategic Partner Directors to present roadmap updates and business cases to partner leadership, operations, and ecosystem stakeholders
- Use realized ROI and deployment data to build the case for next phase of capacity investments
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the connective tissue between across functions ensuring solution intent translates accurately through to delivery
- Feed insights and partner-observed gaps back to inform the AI workforce roadmap
- Contribute to internal knowledge management by capturing reusable solution patterns, workflow libraries, and discovery frameworks

Experience Profile
- 6+ years of experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales engineering, management consulting, or business process advisory roles
- Demonstrated experience leading discovery sessions, workshops, or consulting engagements with senior operations stakeholders
- Track record of translating complex business processes into structured, delivered outcomes
- Experience collaborating with both existing partner and prospect engagement teams within the same role or across adjacent roles

- Facilitation & Workshop Leadership: Able to lead a room of operational stakeholders through structured discovery and design sessions, keeping sessions focused and producing clear outputs
- Process Thinking: Strong ability to decompose complex, exception-heavy workflows into structured, outcome-focused process maps
- Solution Narrative: Skilled at building and presenting solution narratives that connect AI workforce capabilities to measurable business outcomes
- AI Native: Comfortable engaging with AI native concepts, workflow tooling, and integration considerations
Preferred Experience
- With AI-powered autonomous solutions and platforms
- Background in business consulting or professional services with external-facing engagement experience
- Experience building or iterating on business process roadmaps within financial services
