About the Role

Credera, a global consulting firm, is seeking an Adobe Workfront Architect to design and implement a connected ecosystem of platforms that drive hyper-personalization, data-driven decisions, and successful outcomes for our clients. As part of Omnicom's unified global Adobe Practice, you'll work on transforming influential brands and organizations worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver Adobe Workfront solutions to streamline content supply chain processes, including Generative AI enablement of content creation.
  • Partner with client teams (marketing, creative, IT) to assess needs, recommend Workfront customizations, and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Leverage Workfront to improve content lifecycle management, tracking assets from ideation to publication, reducing bottlenecks, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Integrate Workfront with DAM systems (e.g., AEM Assets), creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and GenAI (e.g., Firefly, GenStudio) to create a cohesive content ecosystem.
  • Build relationships and act as a trusted advisor, translating technical capabilities into business value for executives, project managers, and creative professionals.
  • Create, deliver, and maintain detailed technical design documentation, including requirements mapping, technical process flows, and Adobe Workfront best practices.
  • Provide best practices for business workflows, change management, user adoption, and system governance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Adobe Workfront design and implementation experience, or equivalent experience in workflow management and automation tools.
  • 6+ years of overall technical leadership across architecture.
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Workfront architecture, features, and functionalities.
  • Experience with system integrations using Adobe Workfront Fusion, connectors, and APIs preferred.
  • Experienced in leading technical project teams and guiding clients in content supply chain journeys.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly narratives.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks/projects and prioritize personal workload.
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and collaborative, with a passion for driving innovation and impact.
  • Track record of doing things that haven’t been done before and thriving in ambiguity.
  • Adobe Certified Professional / Expert - Adobe Workfront Core Developer certification is highly desirable.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

  • Experience in delivering technology-led transformations aimed at enhancing customer digital experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a history of innovative solutions.

Pay

$160,000 - $205,000

Schedule

Hybrid working model: 2 days remote, 3 days in-person (with flexibility to choose days and times).
