Solutions Architect - Retail, Travel & Hospitality

About the role

This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main technical representative for up to 9 key clients
• Guide customers in their adoption of the company solutions
• Develop and implement a tailored technical strategy for each account
• Foster a network of technical champions within client organizations
• Align client strategies with the company product offerings
• Mentor team members to enhance their technical capabilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in large accounts (> $1m ARR) in Retail and CPG
• 3+ years in a pre-sales role or supporting sales activities
• Technical background in big data, data science, and cloud computing
• Proven capability in data-driven business transformation
• 3+ years of hands-on design and implementation of big data technologies
• Experience in maintaining production data systems to meet complex customer requirements
• Proficient in production programming languages like Python, R, Scala, or Java

The company certification is a plus.

Pay

$180,000 – $247,500 annually
