Solutions Architect II, HCLS AI/ML and Data Strategy Specialists, , Global Healthcare

About the role

This role can be located anywhere within the US. Amazon Web Services is looking for a highly motivated Solutions Architect to help accelerate our growing healthcare AI/ML business as part of the World Wide Public Sector group.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical engagement and ultimate success of specific global customer implementation projects
• Define implementation architectures, build prototypes, develop a deep expertise in the AWS technologies
• Be a subject matter expert on security as it relates to healthcare AI/ML
• Provide exceptional technical design and thought leadership to the global healthcare market for cloud computing
• Collaborate with a world-class sales and business development team
• Build and lead internal communities to deliver for healthcare organizations and software vendors
• Gain the opportunity to learn from, collaborate with, and educate some of the brightest technical minds in the industry today across the breadth of enterprise architecture

Requirements

• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
• 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
• Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries
• Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
• Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective

Qualifications

• Deep-dive technical discussions around design and an intellectual curiosity to always keep your technical skills current while maintaining a pulse on healthcare industry trends
• Executive speaking and technical presentation skills – White board, small and large group presentations
• Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective
