For our client, a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Solutions Architect to support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-year technology vision for Finance
- Partner with Finance leadership on technology investments
- Guide strategic technology investment decisions assessing business value and long-term sustainability
- Establish architecture principles and governance for scalable solutions
- Lead technical decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture
- Foster a culture of innovation within the engineering team
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to various stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technology leadership
- Proven success in leading architecture for large-scale enterprise platforms
- Experience in developing high-performing technical teams
- Strong executive communication skills to influence across organizational boundaries
- Deep expertise in enterprise architecture and modern distributed architectures
- Experience with cloud-native platforms, especially AWS, and modern integration patterns
- Preferred experience in the insurance industry, particularly with Personal Lines P&C and specific platforms like Duck Creek

Pay
$150,000 – $175,000 annually
