About the role
This role serves as the primary product-technical consultant for enterprise urgent care and health system partners. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end EHR implementation projects, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring effective cross-functional communication and progress tracking.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary product-technical consultant for enterprise urgent care and health system partners.
- Lead end-to-end EHR implementation projects, including HL7 and API-based connections, coordinating internal teams (engineering, product, support) to execute on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to deliver scalable, innovative solutions and ensure customers are using Solv tools in the most impactful ways.
- Build deep, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders across healthcare organizations.
- Design and deliver solutions from scratch, tailoring scalable product roadmaps that align to customer business goals.
- Ensure effective cross-functional communication and progress tracking across stakeholders — internally and externally.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a technical project management, solutions architecture, or software implementation role.
- Bring hands-on experience integrating EMRs, supporting HL7, and building connections with APIs and RPAs.
- Embrace modern tools—especially AI and LLMs—to think creatively, automate workflows, improve customer outcomes, and scale internal processes.
- Be an analytical problem solver who can ideate and execute complex product solutions.
- Be a project leader with strong organization and agility in high-growth, dynamic environments.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively, influencing stakeholders at all levels, including executives.

- Salary ranges vary by location: San Francisco & New York: $125,000-150,000; Colorado: $115,000–$150,000; All other locations: $110,000–$150,000.
