Solutions Architect

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Solutions Architect to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will serve as a senior technical advisor to federal customers and partners, helping shape cloud solution strategies that align with agency needs. You will lead the technical narrative in proposals and support the development of compelling, solution-oriented materials for complex government opportunities. In addition, you will build and demonstrate working proofs of concept in federal environments to validate approaches and strengthen future task order and proposal efforts.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior technical voice for federal customers and partners
• Lead technical cloud architecture content for proposals
• Build and demo working proofs of concept in federal environments
• Translate agency requirements into clear technical solutions
• Document POC outcomes for future proposals and task orders

Qualifications

• 15+ years of related experience in cloud architecture, engineering, or technical presales
• Experience supporting federal government customers or contracts for 3+ years
• Deep hands-on experience in AWS or Azure, including federal regions
• Proficient in infrastructure as code and CI/CD tooling
• Strong technical writing skills with a focus on federal proposal content

Pay

$170,144 – $218,500 annually
