Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architecture designs and transition blueprints for customer deployments
• Lead customer transition initiatives from assessment through deployment
• Identify technical and operational risks and establish transition plans
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer architecture and infrastructure teams
• Collaborate with internal teams to align technology capabilities with customer requirements
• Present technical recommendations and strategies to stakeholders
• Engage with customers to address their organizational needs and deployment challenges

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT architecture and deployment, with hands-on experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Extensive experience with virtualization and cloud environments
• Knowledge of data protection, storage solutions, and disaster recovery
• Strong documentation and communication skills
