Key Responsibilities
- Lead Technical Solution Development
- Partner with BD and Capture Teams
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert
- Develop technical volumes, solution narratives, diagrams, and compliance matrices
- Identify emerging technologies and architectures
- Support technical alignment across active programs
- Internal Mentorship
- Process Improvement
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in IT solution architecture, systems engineering, or technical leadership in federal environments
- Proven experience leading or supporting proposal and solution development for federal opportunities
- Strong understanding of enterprise architectures, including cloud (AWS, Azure), data platforms, and low-code/no-code ecosystems (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Unqork)
- Familiarity with federal security, compliance, and modernization frameworks (FedRAMP, Zero Trust, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical detail into customer value propositions
- Strong collaboration skills — able to work effectively with BD, PMs, engineers, and executives
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
