Solutions Architect

About the role

Provide technical leadership in the design and integration of advanced Modeling and Simulation (M&S) environments. Translate Joint doctrine and operational requirements into scalable system architectures and simulation scenarios. Serve as a senior technical advisor for designing, integrating, and validating complex M&S environments. Collaborate with government stakeholders, military subject matter experts, and technical teams to develop innovative solutions. Design and develop tiered training exercises ranging from tactical-level operations to operational-level Joint Air Operations Center (JAOC) activities. Advise government leadership on the operational realism and doctrinal accuracy of M&S environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate Joint doctrine and operational requirements into scalable system architectures and simulation scenarios.
• Serve as a senior technical advisor for designing, integrating, and validating complex M&S environments.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders, military subject matter experts, and technical teams to develop innovative solutions.
• Design and develop tiered training exercises ranging from tactical-level operations to operational-level Joint Air Operations Center (JAOC) activities.
• Advise government leadership on the operational realism and doctrinal accuracy of M&S environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze existing technical infrastructures and develop scalable system-of-systems architectures.
• Experience identifying technical gaps, assessing solution alternatives, and developing architectural recommendations.
• Ability to translate operational military planning, Joint doctrine, and TTPs into simulation requirements and technical solution designs.
• Experience ensuring doctrinal accuracy and operational realism within Modeling and Simulation environments.
• Experience designing and executing military training exercises and simulation-based learning activities.
