Solutions Architect Principal
MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
- Building relationships with subject matter experts, CTO/business development/growth teams, operational leaders, and GDIT’s broader technology ecosystem.
- Developing strategies to effectively operationalize and market GDIT’s technology offerings, including creating engagement plans that align with business opportunities and enterprise goals.
- Collaborating closely with key stakeholders to shape high-impact communication activities such as customer-facing demonstrations, editorial articles, presentations, and more.
- Working effectively within a large, matrixed organization—ensuring alignment and collaboration across multiple teams and levels of leadership.
- Directly with users and other stakeholders to shape and collect requirements, and work closely with development teams to define and prioritize workstreams.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science.
- Experience: 8+ years of combined technology, architecting, communications and/or experience with a Bachelor's degree (6+ years experience with Master's degree).
- Technical skills: Knowledge of US Federal Government IT industry services, systems, and products marketplace and related media.
- Experience in Agile Software Development.
- Experience working with end users and requirements collection.
- Strong and highly effective writing and public speaking skills and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with UI/UX desired.
REQUIRED CLEARANCE LEVEL
Must be able to obtain TS/SCI w/Poly.
