Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction and strategy for client projects, ensuring alignment with Evolutio’s observability goals and client objectives.
- Architect and design complex monitoring and performance solutions, including the integration of various tools and platforms to meet client needs.
- Oversee the execution of client projects, providing technical guidance and support to ensure successful delivery and adherence to best practices.
- Develop detailed technical solutions and implementation plans, including the configuration, tuning, and optimization of monitoring systems and alerts.
- Lead the analysis and interpretation of data to create meaningful metrics and visualizations that provide business context and insights.
- Address and resolve complex technical issues, utilizing a variety of tools and techniques to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Serve as a key technical point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication, providing updates, and addressing technical concerns.
- Identify and communicate Observability and Agentic capabilities to the broader Evolutio team when they arise.
- Conduct training sessions and mentor junior consultants and client teams on technical implementations and best practices.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing incoming work to ensure appropriate resourcing and support for new projects and ongoing client engagements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 8 years of Engineering experience in Observability, Security, or DevOps.
- 5 years experience working with the Splunk Platform as a Splunk Architect or Consultant.
- Strong understanding of software, networking, operating systems, and security.
- Comfortable with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Deep understanding of APIs, SDKs, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), and/or DevOps.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
