Solutions Advisor (Multi-Level)

About the role

Solutions Advisor designs, develops, and implements quantitative analysis of complex business situations including performance, strategies, and solutions relative to sales and customer performance. They lead/manages peer and cross-functional/departmental analysis in sales and/or Solutions projects, mentors less senior staff, works on multiple complex assignments concurrently, leads brainstorming and development of recommendations for highly complex sales/customer/corporate initiatives, recommends best practices, and presents solutions to upper management. Sr. Solutions Analyst under moderate supervision, designs, develops, and implements quantitative analysis of complex business situations including performance, strategies and solutions relative to sales and customer performance. They lead peer analysis in sales and/or solutions, may mentor less senior staff, works on multiple complex assignments concurrently, leads brainstorming with manager and team on approaches or solutions, develops recommendations for moderate to complex sales/customer opportunities and internal processes managing cross departmental projects, and presents solutions to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/equivalency in business, finance, economic, computer science, engineering or related field
• Five (5) years work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations analysis, sales or marketing analysis and/or knowledge management
• Four (4) years work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations analysis, sales or marketing analysis and/or knowledge management

• Strong experience with JavaScript and modern web application development
• Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and query optimization
• Hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using object-oriented programming principles
• Experience designing and optimizing large-scale data models and datasets containing millions of records
• Experience working with ETL/ELT processes and data integration pipelines
• Experience developing and supporting enterprise-scale applications with complex security and access models
• Experience learning and working within enterprise application platforms or frameworks
• Experience working in Agile development environments (SCRUM)
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML capabilities (e.g., Azure OpenAI Service, OpenAI API, or similar) into applications to improve automation, insights, or user experience
• Demonstrated ability to proactively evaluate, learn, and adopt new technologies to deliver measurable business impact

Skills

• Strong experience with JavaScript and modern web application development
• Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and query optimization
• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs using JSON
• Hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using object-oriented programming principles
• Experience designing and optimizing large-scale data models and datasets containing millions of records
• Experience working with ETL/ELT processes and data integration pipelines
• Experience developing and supporting enterprise-scale applications with complex security and access models
• Experience learning and working within enterprise application platforms or frameworks
• Experience working in Agile development environments (SCRUM)
