Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire pricing lifecycle and deliver commercial leadership for large IT services pursuits
  • Influence senior decision-making through financial knowledge
  • Craft strategic rate cards and complex pricing structures
  • Translate pricing into profitable commercial terms within contractual agreements
  • Work with stakeholders to align pricing strategies with firm goals
  • Drive initiatives that enhance the overall pricing process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 7 years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, and/or executing IT engineering services in the market
  • Possess IT Services, Managed Services, and/or Engineering Services experience

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in pricing strategy and financial modeling
  • Demonstrated in-depth understanding of engineering services
  • Mentoring junior team members in pricing capabilities
  • Influencing senior stakeholders effectively
  • Supporting major contract negotiations successfully
  • Driving continuous improvement in pricing strategy
  • Skilled in Excel and data analysis skills
  • Prior experience in professional services or consulting

  • Make difficult decisions and take action to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness
  • Model and reinforce professional and technical standards (e.g. refer to specific PwC tax and audit guidance), the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements

Benefits

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
