Solution Mixing Technician - RN
Responsibilities
- Prepare allergen extract mixtures accurately, following standardized recipes and protocols.
- Maintain aseptic technique and adhere to safety and sterility standards.
- Label, package, and store mixed extracts appropriately.
- Document lot numbers, expiration dates, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of lab supplies.
- Participate in ongoing training to ensure compliance with best practices.
Qualifications
- Allergy experience strongly preferred.
- Certificate and License: Licensed to practice in State of CT.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work independently under indirect supervision.
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques and sterile preparation.
- Basic understanding of allergen extracts and immunotherapy.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA & OSHA compliance.
- Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems.
- Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent patient relations and customer service skills.
- Open availability to work during weekdays.

Pay
$86,640 - $105,800
Schedule
Full time, 30+ hours. Availability Monday through Friday. Open Flexibility to help cover in a team environment if needed.
