Solution Mixing Technician (Full Time)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Allergy Solutions Lab as a Solution Mixing Technician for our Mt Vernon office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare allergen extract mixtures accurately, following standardized recipes and protocols.
• Maintain aseptic technique and adhere to safety and sterility standards.
• Label, package, and store mixed extracts appropriately.
• Document lot numbers, expiration dates, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of lab supplies.
• Participate in ongoing training to ensure compliance with best practices.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A Medical Assistant Certification is required.
• Prior experience in a laboratory or clinical setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with aseptic techniques and sterile preparation is preferred.
• A basic understanding of allergen extracts and immunotherapy is preferred.
• A strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions is required.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are essential.
• The ability to work independently under indirect supervision is required.
