Solution Lead Platform, Data and AI

For our client, we are seeking a Solution Lead Platform, Data and AI to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will serve as the client-facing lead for a healthcare data and AI platform, helping prospective customers understand how the solution supports research, clinical, and precision health use cases. You will guide the sales process from early engagement through contract close while partnering closely with account executives, product, and marketing teams. The position calls for someone who can translate complex platform capabilities into clear customer value and help shape market messaging based on direct client feedback. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $133,000 – $199,500 annually Responsibilities Serve as the client-facing expert for the company's precision health platform, delivering demos and supporting customer pilots. Lead strategic sales initiatives from lead generation through deal closure, including value proposition development and contract support. Collaborate with product and marketing teams by sharing customer feedback on pricing, market trends, and the competitive landscape. Partner with Account Executives to achieve team objectives and contribute to broader business goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field. 10+ years of enterprise sales experience focused on research data platforms, SaaS, genomics, and scientific services. Deep understanding of life sciences, including experience in biotech and pharmaceuticals. 5+ years of success selling complex clinical research data platforms and driving revenue growth.
