About the role

The Vertical Enablement Team Lead will report to the Customer Success Management (CSM) Lead and will be responsible for leading and participating in a team of industry subject matter experts (SMEs).

Responsibilities

• Leading and participating in a team of industry SMEs to support Client Partners, sales, and marketing staff.
• Create and deliver proper messaging and solutions that correctly speak to the customer and their vertical.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends and issues facing the industry to help identify unmet customer and market needs.
• Create and deliver a training curriculum to the PO team and organization, to ensure that vertical knowledge is built across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience organizing training initiatives for departments within the company.
• Instructional experience in a group business setting preferred.
• Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.
• Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple initiatives and encourage coworkers to do the same.
• Ability to use data to improve a team’s operational efficiency.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
