Solution Engineer - Employer Services & HR Tech

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams as the key technical advisor for UCM and Offboarding applications
• Conduct assessments to demonstrate ROI and compliance risk mitigation to executive leaders
• Design customized Statements of Work (SOW) and technical requirements for data integrations
• Lead technical responses for RFIs, RFPs, and ensure proposal efficiency using automation
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to fulfill client requirements post-sale
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and monitor evolving regulatory trends
• Travel up to 25% for client engagements and solution workshops

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering, or Technical Sales Consulting within enterprise SaaS or HR technology environments
• Deep expertise in Unemployment Cost Management
• Strong solution architecture skills with the ability to convey technical details to both technical teams and business leaders
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience

Pay

$135,000 – $165,000 annually
