What You’ll Do
- Translate customer workflows into deployable AI solutions
- Lead technical discovery and onboarding for new customers
- Solve integration challenges between systems (TMS, load boards, emails, APIs, etc.)
- Build internal tools, automation scripts, or custom adapters when needed
- Monitor early usage, troubleshoot issues, and ensure outcomes
- Partner closely with product and engineering to close feature or tooling gaps

Skills We Value
- Background in engineering, CS, systems integration, or technical operations
- Proficient in one or more languages (Python, JS/TS, Bash, etc.)
- Experience with APIs, scripting, and system-to-system integration
- Strong writing and customer communication skills
- Bonus: exposure to logistics, AI workflows, or automation tooling
- Bonus: experience with TMS platforms or freight software
