Role Description

Owning global solution design to fulfill business needs originating from operating model(s) based on industry best practices and out-of-box functionalities in ERP & surrounding systems
Focus areas: Supply Chain Management

• Expertise of the solution domain, including good understanding of best-in-class operating model
• Understanding of the ERP and other IT system capabilities and out-of-the-box functionalities
• Knowledge of industry best-practices and continuous learning from external sources
• Ability to drive delivery execution with AMS partner and other solution providers
• Networking, network facilitation and co-creation in international environment
• Business communication and change management, influence without direct authority
• Solution design and implementation experience
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Basic Project Management skills
