Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to advance opportunities through discovery, tailored demonstrations, and support for RFP/RFI responses
- Provide expert guidance on school nutrition solutions, addressing workflows and industry trends
- Translate customer requirements into strategic recommendations that meet operational and compliance needs
- Act as a liaison among Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and customers for effective collaboration
- Drive improvements by enhancing demo environments and refining solution processes
Qualifications
- 3-7 years' experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a similar role
- Background in supporting SaaS or technology solutions pre-sales
- Strong presentation and communication skills for influencing stakeholders
- Analytical mindset to connect customer needs with technical solutions
- Willingness to travel as needed for customer engagements and events
