Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales to advance opportunities through discovery, tailored demonstrations, and support for RFP/RFI responses
  • Provide expert guidance on school nutrition solutions, addressing workflows and industry trends
  • Translate customer requirements into strategic recommendations that meet operational and compliance needs
  • Act as a liaison among Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and customers for effective collaboration
  • Drive improvements by enhancing demo environments and refining solution processes

Qualifications

  • 3-7 years' experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a similar role
  • Background in supporting SaaS or technology solutions pre-sales
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for influencing stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset to connect customer needs with technical solutions
  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer engagements and events
