The Business and Solution Architect is a senior, enterprise-level role responsible for aligning business strategy with technology execution. This position works across business and technical domains to design and deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions that support organizational transformation and growth. The role translates complex business needs into actionable architecture designs and roadmaps, guiding implementation across applications, data, and cloud platforms while ensuring security, performance, and long-term sustainability. Partnering closely with stakeholders and delivery teams, the architect influences strategic direction, drives architectural governance, and ensures successful execution of large-scale initiatives. This role requires a blend of business architecture expertise and deep technical knowledge, along with the ability to operate effectively in complex, cross-functional environments and deliver measurable business outcomes. The typical base pay range for this role is as follows: New York / New Jersey: $172-191kNon–New York / New Jersey: $143k-180k depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
