- Write and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria; disambiguate requirements directly with business stakeholders
- Sign off on acceptance criteria and accept/reject delivered stories, with authority to make requirement decisions without escalation
- Hands-On Salesforce Administration
- Perform object and field administration: custom field creation, page layouts, record types, and org configuration
- Build reports and dashboards for business and executive stakeholder consumption
- Resolve internal change requests and user incidents across business units
- Maintain data integrity; recognize systems of record and coordinate with relevant product management teams
- Release & Delivery Management
- Manage release management end-to-end, documenting and communicating releases across all verticals
- Run and contribute to core Agile ceremonies: daily stand-up, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Partner with technical and functional delivery teams on backlog grooming and release planning
- Surface and help remove delivery roadblocks; provide timely feedback on work-in-progress
- Stakeholder Enablement & Adoption
- Act as the primary bridge between the delivery team and business stakeholders; facilitate communication and mediate on requirements
- Run end-user training and new hire orientation sessions to drive adoption across business units
- Maintain Salesforce documentation in collaboration with technical and functional teams
- Identify opportunities for continuous team and process improvement
Requirements
- 5-7 years of Salesforce delivery experience
- Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud certification and implementation experience
- Active Salesforce Administrator or other Salesforce certification required
- Experience discussing Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take a leadership role when necessary
- Basic knowledge of implementation and configuration of enterprise systems such as CRM or ERP
- Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies
- Full-time permanent US work authorization
- Willingness to travel with client or project team as needed
Preferred Qualifications
