Responsibilities

• Translate mission requirements into technical architectures and lead design for complex implementations
• Support the U.S. Department of State’s Consular Affairs, including passport services, visa processing, ACS, or crisis management operations
• Bring deep understanding of systems such as passport adjudication platforms and biometric identity services such as ABIS
• Mentor the next set of developers and analysts to help them grow into tomorrow’s solutions architects
• Shape digital solutions and identify opportunities for growth that align with ongoing modernization efforts highlighted in recent strategy discussions

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience translating mission requirements into technical architectures and leading design for complex implementations
• 3+ years of experience supporting the U.S. Department of State’s Consular Affairs, including passport services, visa processing, ACS, or crisis management operations
• Knowledge of consular systems, such as 2DB, ABIS biometric verification, ACS case management, ACRS fee collection, or CA enterprise platforms
• Knowledge of data integrations across CCD, TDIS, ACS, financial systems, identity management, and cross-border verification systems
• Secret clearance

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD).

Schedule

Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
