Solution Architect Enablement Business Partner

For a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Solution Architect Enablement Business Partner to support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. This role collaborates with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes in a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Design and implement onboarding and training programs to enhance SA team skills
• Identify training gaps and create innovative programs to improve satisfaction and productivity
• Develop scalable frameworks for creating technical and sales content
• Establish metrics to gauge the effectiveness of enablement programs
• Work with cross-functional teams to keep enablement content current
• Coordinate with Product and Ops teams to ensure readiness for new product launches
• Build a community of practitioners to share best practices and improve enablement

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture and enablement for global payments or SaaS organizations
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for sales teams
• Proven success in designing and delivering effective enablement programs that boost sales performance
• Experience in collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams
• Familiarity with content creation, curation, and knowledge management tools

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
