Solo CDL A OTR Drivers Great Pay, Excellent Home Time, First Class Equipment and Benefits

About the role

A.N. Webber is seeking experienced drivers and qualified trainees with current Class A licenses for a Solo OTR position. The company offers competitive pay ranging from $1,450 to $1,550 weekly, averaging 2900+ miles per week. Drivers enjoy home time policies enabling them to be home up to 4 days after being out for 12-14 days. They are provided with late model Peterbilt 579 trucks.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned late model Peterbilt 579 trucks
• Operate within the home time policy (7:2)
• Receive base pay of 50 cpm, with paid vacation and holidays
• Eligible for layover and breakdown pay per incident
• Participate in a direct deposit paid weekly benefit plan
• Benefit package includes BCBS medical with dental/vision and life options
• Available referral bonus for qualified drivers
• Eligible for a safety bonus of 1 cpm for all miles run the previous year
• Participate in a 401k with profit sharing
• Pet & Rider Policies available from Day 1 (after orientation)
• Eligible for special military pay policy for veterans with less than one year driving experience

Requirements

• Must possess a CLASS A CDL
• Safe driving record required
• 6 months verifiable experience preferred, trainees on exception
