Duties And Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments to determine system requirements, optimal positioning and structural suitability.
• Install, commission, test and maintain solar water heating systems, heat pumps and solar lighting systems.
• Perform electrical and plumbing connections, troubleshoot faults and carry out repairs to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards by applying safe work practices, identifying hazards and using appropriate protective equipment.
• Support continuous improvement by monitoring system performance and addressing identified issues.
• Provide customers with product information and technical guidance, supporting solution selection and generating leads through referrals.
• Prepare installation and service reports, maintain records of system performance and repairs, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned in line with the role.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy (From recognised institution)
• 3 years’ experience in solar installations.
• Relevant certifications, such as T3 licence, will be an added advantage.
• Valid driving/riding licence.
