Key Responsibilities
- Qualifying homeowners and assessing their energy needs, usage patterns, and financing options
- Handling objections and negotiating pricing and terms to successfully close sales
- Managing your sales pipeline and diligently following up on leads and appointments using CRM tools
- Coordinating with operations to ensure seamless handoff and smooth project execution after the sale
Requirements
- 1+ years of solar or in-home sales closing experience
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals
- Experience working in a commission-based sales environment with performance targets
- Proficiency managing a sales pipeline and follow-up process using CRM software
- General computer proficiency for sales activities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- English proficiency
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Availability to work a Tuesday-Saturday schedule, including Saturdays

- Spanish-English bilingual proficiency
