About the role

As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential solar energy customers in the Canton and Akron, Ohio areas. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of solar technology, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential solar energy customers through networking and outreach efforts.
  • Present solar solutions to customers, explaining how solar can reduce their energy costs and contribute to environmental sustainability.
  • Manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with other sales team members to achieve sales targets and support cross-selling opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows and participate in community events to promote the company’s solar products and services.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of solar energy systems and benefits.
