Solar Installer
Job Description
You’ll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Assist with the setup and installation of solar panels and related equipment
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and organizing materials
- Operate tools and lifting equipment used in solar installation
- Aid with material inventory and job site logistics
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Travel frequently to project sites, including overnight stays
Qualifications
Successful candidates typically bring:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A willingness to travel extensively (up to 100%), including overnight stays
- A valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- A self-starter and team player attitude
- Experience using hand and power tools (a plus)
Additional Information
Pay Range: $20–$35 per hour plus per diem, travel incentive opportunities, and overtime eligibility. Prevailing wage may apply depending on project location.
