Solar Installer

Job Description

You’ll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Assist with the setup and installation of solar panels and related equipment
• Prepare job sites by clearing debris and organizing materials
• Operate tools and lifting equipment used in solar installation
• Aid with material inventory and job site logistics
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Travel frequently to project sites, including overnight stays

Qualifications

Successful candidates typically bring:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A willingness to travel extensively (up to 100%), including overnight stays
• A valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• A self-starter and team player attitude
• Experience using hand and power tools (a plus)

Additional Information

Pay Range: $20–$35 per hour plus per diem, travel incentive opportunities, and overtime eligibility. Prevailing wage may apply depending on project location.
