What You'll Do
- Visit job sites regularly to check quality, safety, and progress
- Communicate with homeowners and provide weekly updates
- Schedule projects with other project managers
- Review materials and track job costs
- Cookordination inspections and work with AHJ’s and utilities
- Update project notes, photos, and documentation in our systems
Qualifications
- Experience in solar in a crew lead or similar position
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
What We Offer
- Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 / year

- Solar Crew Lead: 2 years (Required)
- Solar installation: 5 years (Required)
