Solar Civil Superintendent

For our client, a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Solar Civil Superintendent to support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making.

About the role

You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Participate in preconstruction by identifying project and contract requirements
• Lead the construction team from project start to closeout
• Communicate project scope clearly to the site management team
• Construct and maintain the project production schedule
• Establish safety protocols to comply with OSHA standards
• Regularly communicate project progress to owners and management
• Determine and implement a quality control plan

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a primary superintendent on solar construction projects
• Experience managing multiple direct reports effectively
• Strong compliance knowledge with regulatory and permit requirements
• Capable of handling diverse field disciplines (electrical, mechanical)
• Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving abilities

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 annually
