Sol Advisor Mgr, Clin Sol

For our client, we are seeking a Sol Advisor Mgr, Clin Sol to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead a team focused on clinical documentation improvement and quality engagements across inpatient and outpatient settings. The position is responsible for driving customer value, strengthening operational performance, and supporting solution adoption in partnership with Sales, Customer Success, and organizational leadership. It also involves coaching the team through complex customer situations while improving outcomes for healthcare provider organizations and their executive stakeholders. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $143,200 – $196,900 annually Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of Solution Advisors supporting inpatient and outpatient CDI and quality engagements Drive team performance to meet customer satisfaction and operational goals Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and leadership to enhance customer strategies and outcomes Establish success strategies that promote best practices and customer value realization Support team members in resolving complex customer challenges and escalations Provide coaching and mentorship to develop a high-performing organization Identify trends and risks to proactively improve customer outcomes Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher with 8 years of healthcare experience focusing on CDI or related fields, or 12 years of relevant experience with a High School diploma/GED At least 4 years of people leadership experience in customer-facing roles Successful track record in implementing CDI software and solutions Experience working with healthcare provider organizations and senior executives Ability to travel up to 25% domestically Benefits Comprehensive programs supporting physical and financial well-being Company-coordinated travel arrangements for onboarding at a designated location Regular benchmarking of pay and benefits against comparable companies Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
