Software Training Video Developer

Drive end user adoption of customized enterprise software such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, PMWeb, and eBuilder. Enable the buildout of transportation and utilities infrastructure for organizations like Army Corps of Engineers, LAX, Port Authority of NY/NJ, Colorado DOT, Sound Transit, PG&E, and SDG&E. Leverage AI-enabled custom content tools including Google Gemini, Synthesia, Camtasia Audiate, Vyond, Descript, and Murf.

Responsibilities

• Develop system orientation, process overview, and procedural demonstration videos
• Design outlines, scripts, and storyboards for training activities
• Interview subject matter experts about work processes, technological tools, and performance standards
• Analyze existing training materials for relevance, accuracy, and quality
• Ensure digital content complies with regulatory requirements and organizational standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing how-to software training videos for major system implementation projects
• 1+ years of experience supporting engineering, construction, or finance teams in the transportation or utilities spaces
• World-class written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced technological aptitude and digital literacy
• Ability to make independent progress in complex and dynamic environments
