Software Test Engineer (Clearance Required)

Primary Responsibilities

• Developing test validation scripts using program-designated languages (e.g., Java and Python).
• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and test methodologies.
• Experience with automated test tools, including Selenium, Katalon Studio, Cypress.
• Experience with the effective execution of automation processes.
• Ability to analyze requirements and formulate design.
• Ability to test both front end and back applications.
• Experience with scripting languages.
• Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with the documentation and communication of issues found during any test cycle.

Basic Qualifications

• A Bachelor or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrate professional experience in a technical field.
• Experience with automated and manual testing.
• Ability to communicate with partners and non-technical users.

Desired Skills

• Experience with Model View Controller (MVC) applications using Spring MVC or a similar framework.
• Experience with different types of testing, including functional, user acceptance, usability, automated, performance, and SOAP.
• Knowledge of management tools, including Jira or Confluence.
