Software Test Engineer - Aurora, CO

About the role

The Kaldi Program supports the US Navy and relies on ICR's world-class engineering support in Software Engineering, Hardware Virtualization, Data Analysis, Mission Engineering, and Field Mission Support. The Navy has contracted with ICR for another 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define system capabilities based on requirements
• Engage in system engineering, integration, and test activities
• Develop and execute test procedures against defined requirements
• Utilize DevOps and DevOps testing frameworks
• Work with Proxmox or similar technologies
• Use tools like Robot framework, GIT, Docker, CI/CD, Python (including Selenium), and Java Script
• Write unit tests as part of the software development process

Requirements

• At least 4-6 years of experience as a Software Engineer/Test Engineer or equivalent
• Or, 2 years less with a college degree in Computer Science
• Active Top Secret security clearance with SSBI and SCI access
• US Citizenship required

Qualifications

• Experience with DevOps and DevOps testing frameworks
• Experience with Proxmox or similar technology
• Experience with tools such as: Robot framework, GIT, Docker, CI/CD, Python (including Selenium)
• Current Security+ certification
• Software coding experience (e.g., Python)
• Unit test experience
