Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain test cases based on product requirements and technical specifications
• Execute manual and automated tests across web and backend components
• Collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify defects, reproduce issues, and validate fixes prior to release
• Document test results and maintain test environments
• Contribute to test plans
• Participate in code and design reviews from a quality perspective
• Help improve testing processes
• Support continuous integration and deployment pipelines
• Provide clear feedback that enhances user experience and system stability

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Software Testing, Test Execution, and creating and maintaining Test Cases
• Foundational knowledge of Software Development and Testing principles and methodologies
• Experience with test automation tools, frameworks, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar) is beneficial
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (such as Git), and defect tracking tools is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on reproducible, well-documented test results
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a distributed, remote team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience is advantageous
• Experience testing web-based platforms or SaaS products, particularly in HRTech or recruiting domains, is a plus
