Software Test Automation Analyst

3Qi Labs is a Test Automation Solutions & Services company with over 10+ million tests conducted on our API, Mobile & Web Automation platform, Awetest. We are seeking a Software Test Automation Analyst based in San Francisco, CA to support the planning, design, and execution of all system testing. This is an opportunity to build and enhance your skills in full-stack functional and automation testing on large-scale enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Execute quality assurance test plans, develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software development projects.
• Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, and content.
• Develop and execute testing programs addressing database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, and usability.
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
• Conduct software compatibility tests with programs, hardware, operating systems, or network environments.
• Identify defects using automated test suites that simulate user interactions with the system, and provide step-by-step flows to reproduce reported problems.
• Perform the complete Software Testing Lifecycle: requirement gathering, creation of automation test cases, execution, and reporting.
• Collaborate within a project team to support different phases of testing in various environments and for different levels of business users.
• Follow up with required teams during reporting for performance projects on the stability of tool performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of writing test automation scripts with deep knowledge of functional and API testing.
• Prior hands-on experience with at least one object-oriented language, such as C++, C#, Java, Python, or Ruby.
