Software & System Test Engineer

About the role

Seeking a Software & System Test Engineer responsible for delivering engineering assignments, designing electrical and electronics infrastructure, integrating software, and ensuring cybersecurity for vehicle systems. Hands-on vehicle testing, lab work, and collaboration, with some travel and physical activity involved. Office work is split between on-site and remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage project activities, develop ECU specifications, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolve system issues in prototype and production vehicles.
• Conduct hardware and software testing, verify specifications, and prepare reports.
• Identify process improvements and manage documentation for multiple concurrent developments.
• Collaborate with suppliers and technical teams to meet requirements and address issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related experience.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.

Skills

• Effective communication, relationship management, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with tools like MATLAB Simulink, MS Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and CANalyzer.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
