About the role
Software & System Test Engineer responsible for delivering engineering assignments, designing electrical and electronics infrastructure, integrating software, and ensuring system integrity.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects by breaking down concepts
- Developing ECU specifications
- Troubleshooting system issues
- Performing hardware/software testing
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with suppliers
- Create detailed documentation
- Identify process improvements
- Communicate effectively with technical leadership
Qualifications & Skills
- BSEE or BSME degree (or equivalent)
- 0-2 years of related experience
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with tools like MATLAB Simulink, MS Office, and CANalyzer
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively
Work Conditions
Hands-on vehicle testing, lab work, occasional travel (~5%), physical activity including lifting, kneeling, and maneuvering inside vehicles. Office work is a mix of on-site and remote.
