Software Solution Architect -Delivery

Responsibilities

• Possess expertise in Swisslog Software Product Suite functionality and operation
• Know how to customize each functional area
• Understand Swisslog Controls Product Suite
• Lead requirements workshops with customers
• Create Functional Specifications
• Create Host Interface Specifications
• Address requirement gaps via Change Orders
• Prepare and update requirements gathering materials
• Support requirement management for related teams

Requirements

• Formal qualifications in engineering and/or computer science, or a related field
• Working knowledge of the Warehouse and Distribution business sector and operational processes
• At least five years’ experience in providing Software and/or Controls solutions
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
• Working knowledge of Material Flow Control Systems

Qualifications

• Other software/controls product SME certification (desirable)
• Working knowledge of PLC controls and control logic (desirable)
• Experience in defining, procuring, installing and maintaining IT Hardware, Controls Hardware and their supporting infrastructure (desirable)
