Software/Site Reliability Engineer - FedRAMP

Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability and availability of the company cloud products
• Respond to support escalations and troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Develop tools and scripts for automating system management
• Collaborate on complex projects with peers and cloud engineers
• Create and maintain operational documentation
• Assist in system upgrades and define monitoring requirements
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support production systems

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen required
• 2+ years of related Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience
• Experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals (data structures, system design)
• Curiosity for emerging engineering technologies with a focus on AI integration
• Experience deploying public cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and managing AWS services
• Proficient in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Node.js

Pay

$131,500 – $175,500 annually
