Software Quality Operations Specialist

For our client, a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space, we are seeking a Software Quality Operations Specialist to join their team. This role focuses on operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a manufacturing environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering to deploy ML and Gen-AI models for issue detection and quality assurance
• Identify emerging on-road issue trends using AI insights and develop monitoring strategies
• Define new policies and SOPs integrating AI tools into vendor workflows
• Implement quality control processes for AI and human outputs
• Act as subject matter expert, collaborating with stakeholders on AI/ML advancements
• Provide technical leadership to enhance workflows and report issues with tools

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or 4 years relevant experience in AV Software Quality Operations
• Competency in all phases of the machine learning development lifecycle
• Experience in ML testing and validation, including bias detection and performance evaluation
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize proprietary tools
• Strong understanding of driving rules and regulations
• Flexibility to work various schedules, including weekends and holidays

Pay

$130,000 – $160,000 annually
