Software Quality Engineer

The Role Support the F-35 line of business as a Software Quality Engineer, ensuring compliance to contractual requirements. Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions, and evaluate process/product performance through internal audits. Provide Software Quality Assurance support for program peer reviews, software audits, regression testing, and integration & test activities. Develop and analyze software quality metrics and interface with customers to ensure process and product compliance. Support Quality Management System (QMS), AS9100 compliance, Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, and process audit programs. Collaborate with engineering and sustainment communities on program activities. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 5 years of professional experience, or Master's degree with 3 years. Experience in system/software dependencies, process flow, and development methodologies. Strong background in supporting System & Software Engineering requirements, design, integration, and test activities in an Agile Development Framework (DevSecOps). Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis methodologies, developing Corrective Action Plans, and facilitating RCCA events. Ability to conduct and document process audits and evaluations.
